Refund & Return Policy – Ciderra™
At Ciderra™, we are committed to providing products that help you move more freely, with less pain and greater confidence. We believe in the effectiveness of our knee sleeves, and we recommend wearing them consistently for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at rpm.network@outlook.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
If you do cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the results our products deliver, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of Ciderra™. If after that time you are still unhappy, you may request a return anytime within 60 days of your purchase.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take care to package our products securely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that damage to outer packaging (such as a dented box) is not considered product damage if the sleeve itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an e-mail to rpm.network@outlook.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver orders promptly, but please note we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier delays, customs holds, or other unforeseen issues during transit.
If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Ciderra™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our warehouse.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
