At Ciderra™, we’re proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery timeframes are based on the carrier’s transit time after your order has been dispatched. These estimates vary depending on your location:

🇦🇺 Australia: 7–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 8–15 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note: couriers may experience occasional delays during peak seasons or customs processing. This can extend shipping times beyond the estimates provided.
Order Changes & Accurate Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or cancellation.
If our system detects an issue, our support team will attempt to verify your details by e-mail within 3 business days. If we do not receive a reply, we may cancel your order.
If you notice an error, please e-mail us at rpm.network@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important timely delivery is. While we strive to ship all orders quickly, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to them. In the rare case your package is lost or stolen:
